Fridays 10 to 11:30 am This class is designed to help new mothers recover from giving birth, strengthen their bodies, and bond with the new baby. We will include a series of yoga just for the babies, which helps them develop motor skills, relieves colic, and promotes better sleep. You can start as soon as four weeks after giving birth, (as long as your doctor or midwife says its OK to start exercising).
