Ayurveda at Home for Mothers Parts I and II- Learn to apply ayurveda to create wellness for the whole family Weekly Classes Prenatal Yoga- for all three trimesters with a special focus on strengthening, stretching and toning of muscles used during labor and delivery, breathing and relaxation techniques and techniques to relieve common pregnancy discomforts. Postnatal & Mama/Baby Yoga- mother and child enjoy a healing and rejuvenating yoga practice that helps the baby learn about their body and movement in space, and helps moms relax and recover from the stresses of pregnancy, birth, and caring for a new baby while building a positive parent-child relationship.
